A Mixed age, Waldorf inspired Playschool program, offering a small class size in a warm, inviting space. Providing nurturing care with a certified Waldorf teacher. Nature-based focus with plentiful outdoor time.
We offer a gentle first school experience taught by a Waldorf Certified educator with years of experience. Daily walks in nature, beauty filled indoor time, home cooked organic snack, and curriculum that allows the senses to be nourished. Focus on the whole child with a passion for the protection of early childhood. Screen free environment we enroll children.
What We Believe
During the early years, the young child is completely open to the world around them. They do not discern what to take in but allow all that they experience to enter and impress upon their body and being. It is therefore important how we meet and care for this open, trusting child. Children of this age are supported by respectful care, a slower pace, loving and present adults, and plenty of time to digest the many experiences they take in each day. Allowing the young child to have plenty of experiences with the natural world, allowing ample outside time, and offering gentle connected care is our focus.
